Warehouse Order Filler

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:30pm or Finish
Pay: Starting at $18.35/hr., up to $24.65/hr. after 1 year

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Order Filler for a distribution center in the East Metro. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals looking to grow within a stable warehouse environment.

Responsible for accurately and efficiently pulling customer orders according to established productivity and quality standards.

• Pull and prepare customer orders based on assigned picking quotas
• Locate product on shelves, verify item numbers and quantities, and transport items to designated checking areas
• Operate RF scanners and voice-picking systems
• Perform basic computer navigation tasks
• Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with warehouse housekeeping policies
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of materials
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and order selectors (training provided if needed)
• Maintain speed and accuracy in a fast-paced, repetitive environment

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1–3 months of warehouse or related experience
• Ability to read and recognize product numbers and codes accurately
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Ability to follow one- and two-step instructions
• Comfortable working with voice-directed picking systems
• Forklift or heavy equipment experience preferred (certification required; training available). (will operate equipment once hired)

• Loud warehouse environment
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts
• Fast-paced distribution setting

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching
• Regular lifting up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to move product exceeding 1,000 lbs. using pallet jacks, dollies, and other equipment
• Must have good vision (close, distance, peripheral, depth perception)
