CNC Machinist

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a CNC Machinist role in Marion, OH. Our client is a well-established industry leader known for innovation and a commitment to delivering the highest quality products. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Pay: $20+ per hour (depending on experience)

• Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes and mills, to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate machining.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor machining processes and make necessary offsets or corrections.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure quality standards are met.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished components, maintaining accurate inventory tracking.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Accurately document production processes and report any discrepancies or issues.
• Promptly report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors.

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior CNC machining experience required.
• Lathe and mill experience preferred; versatility across multiple machines is highly desired.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand machining tolerances.
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
