General Laborer

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a General Laborer role in Marion, OH. Our client is a well-established industry leader known for innovation and a commitment to delivering high-quality metal products. With a focus on continuous improvement, they pride themselves on maintaining excellence at every stage of their manufacturing process.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Pay: $17+/hour (depending on experience)

• Unload parts from laser cutting machines safely and efficiently.
• Clean and prep metal parts using tools such as hand grinders and weld cleaners.
• Perform basic assembly of finished or semi-finished components.
• Inspect parts for quality and remove slag, burrs, or debris as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following company safety standards.
• Assist with material handling and movement of parts within the production area.
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Promptly report any equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines while operating hand tools and equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, metal fabrication, or general labor is a plus.
• Experience using hand grinders, weld cleaners, or similar hand tools preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
