** Subject Matter Expert Machine Controls##
** Your responsibilities will include
*** Program Allen-Bradley PLC and develop HMI
* Improve efficiency through programming logic and electrical improvements
* Support maintenance department in troubleshooting critical issues
* Monitor and respond to daily production needs and issues related to machine control systems and automated equipment.
* Support production day to day to achieve plant metrics in safety, quality, cost, and delivery
* Design of control cabinet wiring layout and components for industrial machinery by AutoCAD

* Interact with skilled personnel and others in support of the daily production demands
* Create purchase orders for components and schedule/track/audit work.##
** Minimum requirements
*** 2+ years of experience working directly with machine controls
* Associate Degree in Electrical and/or Journeyman’s card##
** Preferred skills and experiences
*** Experience with PLC logic, specifically using Allen-Bradley Rockwell software (e.g., Studio 5000, RSLogix).
* Industrial Maintenance background (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical)
* Experience with metal stamping press control systems
* Knowledge of Robotic programming (Fanuc, UR, Yaskawa)
* Networking experience (Stratix, Cisco, Wireless Access Points, Web Server, SQL server)
