Key Responsibilities:

• Promptly process and code incoming invoices

• Prepare payments using various methods like Wires and Checks

• Resolve any discrepancies involving purchase orders

• Execute three-way matching of inventory invoices

• Compile daily invoice batches into accounting systems

Requirements:

• Experience in accounts payable management

• Skills in conflict resolution and problem solving

• Capability to prepare journal entries as needed

• Familiarity with Smart Connect and key accounting tools

• Proficiency in English for effective communication
