Become a pivotal force in product development at Real Matters as a Technical Product Manager focused on AI solutions in the financial services industry. Partner with technical teams to effectuate measurable outcomes.
You will utilize your background in SaaS solutions and technical architecture to translate customer needs into product capabilities. This role requires collaboration across departments to facilitate workshops, define requirements, and lead effective user acceptance testing processes. Your insights from operational data will drive product improvements and efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with technical and business stakeholders
• Document user stories and assist Engineering
• Map processes to identify gaps and dependencies
• Coordinate and support user acceptance testing
• Communicate updates and risks to internal teams
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in SaaS product management
• 2 years as a Technical or System Business Analyst
• Familiar with web service protocols and SaaS systems
• Knowledge of AI and privacy/security practices
• Experience influencing leadership in technical matters
