Outpatient Registered Nurse

Position: Outpatient Registered Nurse at Oak Valley Health
Provide exemplary nursing care in Outpatient Procedure Suites at Oak Valley Health. Focus on endoscopy and urologic procedures while ensuring patient safety and advocacy in a collaborative environment.
As an Outpatient Registered Nurse, you will deliver comprehensive nursing services in the Procedure Unit, engaging in endoscopic procedures and minor urologic surgeries. You are expected to leverage your critical thinking and prioritization skills while working alongside an interprofessional team.

Your role demands a patient-centered approach, promoting safety and quality care for each patient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform endoscopic and urologic procedures in OPS

• Ensure patient safety and effective advocacy

• Collaborate within an interprofessional care team

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with an undergraduate degree

• Minimum of 2 years in Endoscopy procedures

• BCLS certification required

• Good attendance and performance records

• Evidence of professional development in nursing
