This position requires you to utilize your Registered Practical Nurse Diploma and active licensure with the College of Nurses of Ontario. You will be tasked with delivering care tailored to foster well-being under the guidance of the facility charge nurse. Your experience in a Medical-Surgical or Transitional Care setting will significantly impact patient experiences during each 8-hour shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care following established standards

• Collaborate with charge nurse for optimal patient outcomes

• Maintain accurate patient documentation during shifts

• Assist with day-to-day care activities in the facility

• Foster a caring and supportive environment for patients
Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nurse Diploma

• Valid RPN licensure in Ontario

• 300+ hours of relevant nursing experience

• BLS certification and N95 Mask Fit Test

• Proof of vaccination and immunization records
