Quality Assurance Lab Technician Position

Step into a vital role as a Quality Lab Technician at Giesecke+Devrient ePayments Canada Inc. Conduct critical testing on payment and government cards while adhering to industry standards.

Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining quality by performing various tests, updating documentation accurately, and communicating results effectively. Proficiency in SAP and strong attention to detail will be crucial as you manage testing processes and initiate Non-Conformance Reports when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diverse tests on payment cards, ensuring quality standards

• Update and maintain documentation in Excel formats

• Communicate results and issues to relevant supervisors

• Utilize SAP for accurate testing data collection

• Initiate reports on product non-conformances

Requirements:

• Training in Quality Management Systems is an advantage

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

• Good verbal and written communication abilities

• Capability to work independently is essential

• Minimum educational requirement is a High School Diploma
