As a Senior Manager at Aviva Canada, you will oversee all customer research activities while shaping insights for one of Canada's top insurers. Your expertise in qualitative and quantitative methodologies will be crucial in guiding actionable recommendations and enhancing stakeholder engagement. You will lead a team of research professionals and influence strategies that protect what matters most to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex customer and NPS research initiatives

• Oversee major research projects and deliver actionable insights

• Manage and evaluate research vendors for quality assurance

• Synthesize findings to support strategic business decisions

• Champion insights storytelling through compelling presentations

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of B2C research experience

• Expertise in NPS and survey development

• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Experience in the Canadian P&C insurance industry
