Senior Associate Director of Biostatistics in Innovative CRO

This role offers the chance to lead statistical projects while mentoring a dedicated team of Biostatisticians and Programmers. You will play a critical part in statistical planning, engaging with clients directly, and ensuring the highest quality of deliverables. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects in clinical trial biostatistics

• Mentor statistical teams for growth and development

• Ensure sound methodology in study designs

• Review and validate statistical analysis deliverables

• Consult on compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:

• Ph.D. in statistical science with 10 years' experience

• Master’s degree with at least 13 years' experience

• Outstanding leadership skills

• Strong understanding of clinical trial protocols

• Passion for innovation in drug development
