Position: Lead Multi-Phase Archaeologist with Engagement Focus
Lead impactful archaeological programs as a Lead Multi-Phase Archaeologist. Drive technical strategy and engagement with Indigenous Nations while overseeing compliance and project success across complex initiatives.

Your role will encompass overseeing and directing archaeological assessments following established regulations. You will develop and maintain robust relationships with community partners, mentor team members, and engage in key business development activities. Applying innovative technologies will also be essential in enhancing project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage archaeological assessments in compliance with regulations

• Collaborate with Indigenous Nations and stakeholders

• Provide client guidance on archaeological processes

• Participate in business development and proposal writing

• Deliver quality outputs under tight deadlines
Requirements:

• 15+ years of archaeological experience required

• Relevant degree in archaeology or related field

• Active professional license in good standing

• Strong understanding of Indigenous engagement practices

• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory record
