Amentum is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to support our operations and maintenance team with vital electrical systems within an industrial setting. This role requires advanced troubleshooting and maintenance expertise.

In this Industrial Electrician role, you will be pivotal in maintaining complex electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. You will utilize your skills in preventive maintenance, electrical diagnostics, and repairs to uphold high operational efficiency. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to manage work orders and convey essential feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair systems including motors, lighting, and HVAC

• Apply knowledge of national electrical codes (NEC or CEC)

• Utilize building automation to monitor equipment

• Conduct thermographic inspections for predictive maintenance

• Read and interpret electrical schematics for modifications

Requirements:

• Licensed Master Electrician or equivalent certification

• Three years of relevant industrial maintenance experience

• Capacity to operate aerial lifts at heights

• Proficient in using CMMS tools like Maximo

• Must pass a pre-employment substance test
