Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement multi-phase backend features

• Mentor engineers through pair programming

• Collaborate closely with Product Design and management

• Identify and recommend project optimizations

• Advocate for improved technical roadmaps

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in modern programming languages

• Familiarity with distributed systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Strong organizational and mentorship abilities

• Proven experience in cloud engineering teams

• Bachelor's Degree preferred if possible
