Collections Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our Equipment Finance Core Collections team based in St.Paul, MN. The role will be hybrid, with a minimum of three in‑office days at the Marshall hub.

• Lead and manage a team of equipment finance servicing staff.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service via telephone and portal inquiries.
• Research, analyze, and recommend solutions that meet customer needs.
• Participate in UAT testing of EF applications and customer online portal.
• Drive process improvements and transformation initiatives.
• Handle customer escalations and collaborate with other departments.
• Support additional projects as assigned.
• Escalate concerns timely and effectively, maintaining clear communication.
• Proactively identify new ways of working to meet organizational objectives.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in operations or collections.
• Knowledge of banking products, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent telephone, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills.
• Strong time‑management and communication abilities.
• Experience handling difficult customer calls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other general software.
• Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems.
• Experience leading teams toward common objectives.
• Positive interpersonal skills and a proactive outlook.

Monday–Friday, 8a.m. – 5p.m. (hybrid/flexible schedule with a minimum of 3 in‑office days at the Marshall hub).

Pay range: $55,760.00 – $65,600.00 (may vary by location). Background checks and other regulatory requirements apply.
