What You Will Do:
  • Ensure compliance across all manufacturing areas including raw materials, processing, finished goods, storage, handling, and shipping; develop and maintain HACCP programs.
  • Approve and inspect raw materials, packaging, and finished products to ensure adherence to established specifications and quality standards.
  • Monitor incoming ingredients, in-process production, and finished goods through systematic sampling, testing, documentation, and reporting.
  • Maintain and audit Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with internal, customer, USDA, and federal/state regulatory requirements.
  • Lead employee training programs related to HACCP, GMPs, sanitation, and food safety regulations; ensure proper documentation and follow‑up.
  • Conduct and oversee pre‑operational sanitation inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented when needed.
  • Support new product development to ensure products meet customer and quality assurance specifications.
  • Investigate and help resolve customer complaints, supplier issues, and regulatory findings.
  • Develop, implement, and communicate FSQ policies and procedures.
  • Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and adherence to company values, policies, and code of ethics; supervise and develop team members as applicable.
What We Look For:
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Typically has 5-7 years related experience
  • Demonstrated intermediate level proficiency in SAP, the Microsoft Windows Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • HACCP Certification preferred; knowledge of math, chemistry, statistical process control, and microbiology necessary.
  • Intermediate skill in the use of electronic general ledger systems including the generation and use of reports from electronic general ledger system
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, as well as professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations as well as product specifications.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals; demonstrated problem solving ability.
  • Ability to effectively present information at meetings and respond to employees, all levels of management, and related business units.
  • Experience in food or beverage manufacturing helpful.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience.
What We Offer:

The base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $99,000 annually, with eligibility for a 10 % annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
