Base pay usually ranges from $17/hr to $21+ per hour, based on experience, education, certifications, and other factors. In addition, installers receive quarterly bonuses and a year‑end profit‑sharing bonus (five payments). There are three skill levels that determine hourly rate.

An Installer ensures work‑site setup, performs basic to routine window or door installations and removal, manages work‑site tear‑down and clean‑up as per Renewal by Andersen’s guidelines, and schedules availability to work when homeowners are available (7 a.m. – 7 p.m.).

We’re seeking top Window and Door Installers who are proud of their craft, dedicated to homeowners, and willing to go the extra mile.

• Construction aptitude
  :
  Ability to handle variations in wall materials and thickness, different types of casings or sill constructions, house settling changes, and unforeseen structural damage.
• Soft skills
  :
  Personable, able to explain the process to homeowners, answer questions, and request online reviews upon completion.
• Valid driver’s license and high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Proven track record of superior workmanship, motivation, and willingness to learn.
• Scheduled availability 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and working knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Effective communication with peers and homeowners, task organization.
• Proficiency with tools and equipment, empathy, customer‑service skills.
• Strong accountability and teamwork.
• Diagnostic skills: assessment, problem solving, decision making.
• Self‑motivation, time and work‑process management, ability to work independently.

• Excellent base pay with performance bonuses (piece‑work).
