As a Full-Time Overnight Express Driver at Viking Coca Cola, you ll conduct pre-trip inspections of your vehicle to ensure compliance with federal regulations. After a thorough check-out process, you will verify inventory before delivering our products to branch locations. Your role includes unloading products and proficiently picking up damaged or returned items, as well as managing logistics for empty shells, CO2, and pallets.

You will engage with customers and team members with professionalism and friendliness.

Utilizing handheld devices and printers for invoicing, you will streamline operations while adhering to check-in protocols and sorting duties upon return to the warehouse. Additionally, maintaining the cleanliness of your company vehicle will be key, along with performing other assigned responsibilities.

To thrive in this role, a combination of specialized skills and knowledge is essential. A valid Commercial Driver s License is required, ensuring you meet industry standards for vehicle operation. You will need to pass a Motor Vehicle Check and adhere to our Vehicle Safety Policy, demonstrating a commitment to safety. A thorough understanding of traffic laws and proficiency in defensive driving are crucial.

Strong written and organizational skills will help you complete paperwork accurately, while effective communication abilities will enhance interactions with customers and colleagues.

Basic math skills are necessary for invoicing purposes, ensuring accurate transaction processing, and a comfort level with technology will allow you to utilize handheld devices seamlessly. These skills contribute to a high-performance culture.
