●       You have substantial experience working as a union organizer, community organizer, campaigner or campaigns director, campaign manager, and/or digital organizer.
●       You have an organizer’s mindset with solid instincts about theories of change that are sticky, and you know how to identify key allies and influencers quickly, develop rapport and shared goals, and move a program.
●       You’re an excellent all-around communicator, who can quickly grasp the basic policy nuances of an issue and translate those into simple terms for a general audience, including an action agenda for volunteers and a general audience, and an instinct for messaging both emotional resonance and practical action.
●       You have strong skills in moving a program and engaging grassroots support using multiple channels and strategies, including digital, one-one-one conversations, house parties, community meetings, phone and textbanking, and direct actions.
●       You’re a creative and nimble digital strategist with significant experience using social media, blast email campaigns, online petitions, peer to peer texting, and other digital tools to engage people and mobilize them to take action.
●       You’re a good trainer who can simplify complex ideas so they are accessible to everyday people.
●       You have an attention to detail and are meticulous about follow-up.
●       You care about helping everyday people, and making sure the County meets their needs.
●       You’re a good team player, who can pinch hit and step up to help on projects across the team, as well as ask for help when you need it.
●       You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess an adaptable style that can drive progress even amid ambiguity and complexity.  You can juggle multiple priorities simultaneously and meet established deadlines without letting things fall through the cracks.
●       You can take an idea and run with it, while also keeping team members in the loop to ensure you get the feedback and buy-in you need.
●       You know how to give and receive feedback well.
