Quality Engineer IV

As a Quality Engineer IV, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our company's reputation for excellence. Your expertise in Navy Quality Assurance programs, including Level 1, SUBSAFE, and DSS-SOC, will be instrumental in overseeing the quality of our deep submergence systems. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge technology and ensure the reliability and safety of our products.

You will assist with defining the Quality System requirements within the core processes of Oceaneering's quality culture. Responsibilities include identifying, following, and helping to speedily resolve quality issues to ensure zero impact to the customer. You support supplier selection and development activities. You will work in a team environment to develop and implemented best practices hat emphasize defect prevention, reduction in variation and waste, and provide for continuous improvements in meeting all customer and company requirements.

You will manage the customer specific requirements and ensure that they are fully considered when writing Quality Plans. You are responsible for multiple highly complex major projects requiring innovative solutions where results are key to successful completion of major projects. The position works independently with minimal supervision.
