ABOUT THE JOB

We provide a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth within the franchise.

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock and inventory ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility on a daily basis.
• Complete orientation and on‑job training.
• Communicate with customers and co‑workers verbally and in writing, both over the phone and in person.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Make accurate monetary change and perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Use proper motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to execute precise movements quickly.
• Adhere to safety and quality controls.

• Varying and adverse weather when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
• Temperature ranges 36°F to above 90°F within the store.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and cold surfaces.
• Spaced limited storage areas such as walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces or tools from ovens up to 500°F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Standing for most tasks.
• Walking short distances and brief durations.
• Working on various surfaces (ceramic tile, bricks, linoleum).
• Sitting for paperwork at a desk or table.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds (bulk deliveries) and stacking onto shelves up to 72 high.
• Carrying large cans (≈3 lb), pizza sauce (≈30 lb), and trays of dough (≈12 lb per tray, 3 at a time).
• Pushing dollies with up to 30 trays (force up to 7.5 lb).Occasional navigation of stairs or ladders for maintenance.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record with at least 2 years of history (or 1 year for 19+).
• Own vehicle with auto insurance (covered by company standards).
• Strong attitude and willingness to grow within the franchise.
• Good driving record.
