In this critical role, you will develop strategic sales plans and generate leads through customer interactions and referrals. Your expertise in interior/exterior project sales will be vital as you conduct consultations and create detailed design layouts, including 3D renderings. You'll also engage with customers and contractors at all stages to ensure exceptional satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate sales through potential and repeat customer engagement

• Execute in-depth design consultations and showroom tours

• Produce detailed layouts with plans, elevations, and renderings

• Provide comprehensive quotes and project timelines to customers

• Advocate effectively for both customers and contractors

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in project sales and management

• Proven sales success in financing environments

• Passionate about design and home improvement

• Proficient in specialized design software (2020) and Microsoft Office

• Strong knowledge of products and advanced project management skills
