Infra Services Analyst Senior Advisor

Location: Pulse Point location, 4241 Irwin Simpson Road, Mason, OH 45040. Report to site 3-4 days per week.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Job Level: Non-Management Exempt.

Job Family: IFT > IT Infrastructure & Support.

• Serve as escalation point for complex system issues.
• Analyze, research, and test system and network functions.
• Provide advanced trouble resolution and perform root cause analysis.
• Lead technical guidance and leadership to engineering teams.
• Represent major upgrades and business system replacements in change control.
• Develop reports supporting strategic management direction.
• Act as subject matter expert among peers and senior management.
• Serve as technical merger and acquisition lead as required.
• Lead Level 3 and 4 incident recoveries and organize analyst teams.
• Lead root cause analysis efforts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Eight (8) years of IT or related experience.

• Six (6) years with incident management processes and methods.
• Five (5) years with Service Now, ePortal, and debugging tools like Eclipse and RAD.
• Five (5) years with Postman, SOAP, API, Microservices, Apigee, Docker, Data Power, Web Sphere, MQ, Message Broker, HTTPS, Kafka, and Splunk.
• Five (5) years with Java, J2EE, Angular
  
  JS and Siteminder.
• Five (5) years with F5 Load Balancer, OAuth, SSL, IP routing, firewall technologies, VMWare, and ESX Hosts.
• Five (5) years with Oracle, SQL, Mongo, DB2, Redis, and data caching.
• Five (5) years with cloud platform migrations, monitoring, and maintenance for AWS, Google Cloud, EKS, Lambda, S3, and Kafka.
