As a Stock Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store's merchandise and ensuring our customers receive the best service.

• Assist in achieving store goals through teamwork and dedication.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional interactions.
• Adhere to company standards for store appearance, performance, and operations.
• Execute tasks efficiently and within designated timelines as directed by management.
• Communicate weekly with store management about stock levels and any damaged items.
• Follow operational procedures and policies consistently.
• Keep shelves and stockrooms clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Maintain standards for merchandise placement and accessibility.
• Ensure hangers are correctly sorted and stored.
• Condense styles to maintain neat fixtures in the stockroom.
• Regularly monitor and manage the store's stock levels.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous experience in stock or retail preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Present a neat appearance with good personal grooming.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift between 15-30 pounds.
