• Work within your local retailer, engaging consumers about NRG electricity and gas.
• Help customers lower their energy costs by uncovering desires and overcoming objections.
• Foster professional relationships with customers and fellow employees.
• Welcome customers and politely offer solutions.
• Collaborate with your team to accomplish sales goals and celebrate success.
• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, or event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and employees.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Document and report sales accurately and track activity to Retail Operations.
• Keep workstation/kiosk clean, organized, functional, and presentable.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

• Average weekly earnings $800–$1,000 plus first sale bonus.
• Base salary + uncapped commission.
