Engineer Timpl has partnered up with a leading importer and distributor of advanced electronic and defense-related components including high-performance battery packs for a top-tier global suppliers. And we are seeking an Engineer.  

Key Responsibilities  
* Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce  waste, and ensure consistent product quality.  
* Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot process issues and  implement corrective actions.  
* Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions,  and process documentation.  
* Support production planning and scheduling to meet customer demand and  delivery timelines.  
* Monitor production metrics and KPIs, identify trends, and recommend  improvements.  
* Implement Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement  initiatives.  
* Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to resolve  equipment and process issues.  
* Assist in the introduction of new products, technologies, and manufacturing  methods.  
* Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards in  production areas.  
* Train and support production staff on best practices, equipment use, and  process improvements. Qualifications  
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or  related field.  
* 2-5 years of experience in production engineering, manufacturing, or process  improvement.  
* Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement  methodologies.  
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.  
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and production  management software or ERP systems.  
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.  
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment.  
* Experience in [industry-specific processes, e.g., automotive, consumer goods,  electronics] preferred.
