Skills Needed: Preferred Areas of Experience (not all required):
• Experience with the design, fabrication, and testing of microfluidic devices and systems.
• Experience with different microfluidic device materials (i.e., plastics, silicon).
• Experience with optimization of microfluidic device materials and surface chemistries.
• Experience with studying and characterization of microfluidic devices.
• Experience with microfluidic devices in biomedical applications with biological samples (i.e., blood, plasma, serum, total RNA).
• Experience with unique microfabrication and nanofabrication tools (i.e., cutting plotter, lithography).
• Experience with acoustic-microfluidics and specifically, acoustics transducers in microfluidics.
• Experience with biological samples.
• Understanding of physics behind microfluidics and specifically, fluid flow.

Required Qualifications:
• Candidates with an MS or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline with applicable research experience and expertise to carry out responsibilities, are preferred; however, candidates with a BS in relevant fields with the requisite knowledge and additional years of experience will also be considered.
• Candidates must have necessary background (e.g., microfluidics) and experience to carry out listed responsibilities without guidance.

Skills Needed: Qualification &Skill Requirements
• Associates degree in Industrial or Maintenance Technology AND at least two (2) years of maintenance experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment OR at least four (4) years of maintenance experience in a industrial/manufacturing environment.  Minimum of two (2) years direct PdM experience.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to prepare memos, reports, and technical papers.
• Familiar with CMMS-EAM operating systems and maintenance work flow processes
• Manage tasks to ensure completion within deadline parameters.
• Must be highly detailed oriented and complete work with accuracy.
• Ability to problem solve utilizing root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of plant maintenance work order systems and processes.
• Willingness to adapt to new technologies and how they can be applied to our service offerings and deliverables.
• Experience in maintenance planning.
• Proficiency using predictive maintenance tools.
• Knowledge of industrial mechanical rotating equipment, utility steam systems, utility air systems and processes.
