• Position: SAP Success Factors Architect

• Open for C2C and full-time both
• Max $80 per hour. Lesser the better (Read the notes below)
• Visa: GC or citizens preferred, but H-1B we can consider too

• 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM/Success Factors, with at least 6+ years in an architect role
• Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle implementations of SAP Success Factors in both public and private sector environments
• Deep functional and technical expertise across all core Success Factors modules
• Strong experience with Success Factors-SAP ERP integration, middleware tools (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi), and cloud architecture principles
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with HR analytics, dashboarding, and visualization tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud) is a strong plus
