Customer Service Expert – Maumee, OH

We are hiring a professional customer service expert to handle inbound calls from Health Care providers. In this role, you will receive incoming calls from Health Care providers, solve account issues, negotiate solutions that work for both the providers and the organizations we serve, provide payment options, and assist with transactions.

• Receive incoming calls from Health Care providers.
• Solve account issues and negotiate solutions suitable for providers and organizations.
• Assist medical providers with payment options and transactions.
• Follow client and company guidelines while providing accurate information.
• Work with a diverse customer base and maintain a professional phone presence.

• Prior customer service experience; call center experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence.
• Strong desire to achieve goals.
• Basic computer knowledge/skills and ability to multitask when talking and typing at the same time.
• Ability and openness to work with a diverse customer base.
• Works well in team settings.
• 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 8.5‑hour shift availability between 8:00am and 7:30pm.

• Pay: $15.00 per hour.
• Bonus:
  Eligible for up to $450 per month in monthly incentives.
