Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned SAP Commodity Management Consultant and Program Manager to oversee large global business transformation programs, guide business stakeholders, and deliver end-to-end Commodity & Risk Management solutions.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills- Experience leading large global business transformation program delivery with proven track record and deep understanding of business value.
- Ability to speak business language, guide business counterparts towards the right SAP solution, and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Experience leading sales opportunities and prior hands‑on experience leading a specific functional stream.
- 5+ years of experience, with 3+ years of SAP CM, CPE, Commodity and Risk Management solutions, CTRM and Hedge Accounting.
- Develop solution roadmap, functional design, and support SAP CM, CPE and related modules and processes.
- Define, plan, and execute end‑to‑end Commodity & Risk Management solutions, including transaction capture, risk management, logistics, and accounting.
- Perform functional analysis for SAP CM processes.
- Responsible for requirements gathering and development of functional specs for custom developments.
- Develop proofs of concept in SAP CM.
- Working knowledge of integration with SAP modules: MM, SD, TSW, TRM, FICO.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for report writing and client presentations.
- Effective leadership and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility in learning new topics, handling change and deadlines.
- At least five (5) full‑life‑cycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager with multi‑module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse).
- A minimum of ten (10) years prior transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience.
- At least six (6) years’ experience in proposal and business case development.
- Proven sales experience.
- Ability to articulate the businesses enabled by SAP S/4
HANA. - Develops detailed program plan, monitors risk/issues, and presents status to internal and external stakeholders.
- Leads steering committee meetings, team meetings, business meetings, and project management teams.
- Experiences leading business workshops with key stakeholders and deriving outcomes.
- Expert understanding of program financials and processes.
- Provides accurate estimates, timeline, and self‑directive mentorship of teams and clients.
- Deep understanding of industry specific KPIs and benefits of S/4
HANA functionality. - Prior working knowledge of configuration and features of key S/4 HANA.
- Hands‑on, mentor junior team members, and build assets/accelerators and thought leadership.
- Manages 20+ resources.
- Willingness to travel up to 100%.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- Ability to work in the country without current or future visa sponsorship.
- Oversee various transformational projects, implementing business improvements, or implementing ERP systems for clients.
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure checkpoints and goals are met to client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with project team members to manage overall resources allocation and capacity planning.
- Manage program‑level status, metrics, issues, risks, and oversee completion and sign‑off on deliverables.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and client leadership.
- Lead and collaborate in scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals.
- Lead large team onsite and offshore.
- Be a subject matter expert in Commodity Management / Commodity Trading and Risk Management.
- Be a domain expert in Agriculture, Metals and Mining or IS/Oil.
Base Salary Range: $140,000 to $200,000 Per Annum
