Job Title: Senior Specialist - Business Analysis

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Duck Creek Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance software solutions particularly with Duck Creek Technologies. The BSA will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions and ensuring successful implementation of Duck Creek systems to meet client needs.

• Requirements gathering: collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Duck Creek implementations.
• Solution design: develop detailed functional specifications and design documents based on business requirements.
• System configuration: configure Duck Creek systems to align with business processes and requirements.
• Testing: develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Duck Creek solutions.
• Support: provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Duck Creek systems, addressing any issues that arise.
• Documentation: maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Training: conduct training sessions for end users to ensure they are proficient in using Duck Creek systems.
• Project management: assist in project planning, tracking and reporting to ensure timely delivery of Duck Creek projects.
• Collaboration:
  
  work closely with developers, QA teams and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and implementation of Duck Creek solutions.
