Wire Operations Specialist – Mayfield Village, OH Mars Electric is hiring a Wire Operations Specialist for our Distribution Center. This is a skilled, production-focused role supporting large commercial and industrial projects across Northeast Ohio. Why Join Mars Electric?

Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
What You’ll Do- Interpret work orders (wire type, gauge, reel size)
- Operate and troubleshoot wire cutting equipment
- Measure and cut wire to exact specifications
- Maintain 99%+ order accuracy
- Label, stage, and organize completed orders
- Monitor inventory and support continuous improvement
- Operate forklift equipment safely
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or skilled trades preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and strong math skills
Experience with automated equipment, wire products, or ERP systems (Eclipse)
Candidates are subject to a post-offer drug screen (includes Marijuana) and background screening including criminal and reference checks.
