Skills Needed: Essential Requirements:

- Western educated, trained and experienced Registered Nurse- with valid professional registration and license from country of origin;
- Registered Nurse specialized in Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit; CNRN-Certified Neuroscience Nurse-or equivalent Specialized Certificate and/or training in Neuro ICU; CCRN- Certified Critical Care Nurse- or equivalent Specialized Certificate and/or training in CCU/ICU;
- Post graduate degree or Post Specialist training program in Neuro ICU preferred/advantage;
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent Nursing Degree not less than 3 years study duration from accredited program;
- Master´s Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Management, Healthcare Management, Administration or related field- advantage;
- Minimum 7-8 years of overall clinical nursing experience ( post-graduation) in a hospital or relevant healthcare setting, whereas currently working ( for at least 4 years ) as a Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit Nurse Manager or as a Neuro ICU Head Nurse or as a Neuro ICU Team Leader/ Charge Nurse;
- CPD- Continuing Professional Development- up-do-date;
- Current- BLS and ACLS certificates;

The ideal Neuroscience Critical Care RN Manager in order to meet the challenges of this position will need to possess the followings:

- At least 3 years of current Nursing experience in an Ortho/Neuro Ward/Unit ( post- graduation )  in a hospital or relevant healthcare setting;
- Current- BLS and  ACLS certificates;
- Excellent English language skills and knowledge; Arabic Language skills and knowledge an advantage;
