Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Urgent Care (Multiple Locations)

Earn $65–$80 per hour working only 7 shifts every two weeks while providing high-quality urgent care in modern clinics with strong clinical support. This opportunity is for Xpress Wellness at our McAlester, OK clinic

• 12-hour shifts
• 7 shifts per 14-day period
• Flexible scheduling options available

• $65 – $80 per hour

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat urgent and episodic patient conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging
• Prescribe medications and treatments
• Perform procedures including laceration repair and splinting
• Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and clinical staff

• Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant from an accredited program
• Active state license (or ability to obtain) and DEA registration
• Current BLS certification
• Urgent care, ER, or family medicine experience preferred but not required
