We are seeking a Dispatcher / Logistics Analyst to coordinate daily transportation operations and support logistics analysis for a fast-paced produce warehouse. This position is responsible for scheduling shipments, tracking deliveries, communicating with drivers and customers, and analyzing logistics performance to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily pickups and deliveries.
• Dispatch and monitor drivers and carriers.
• Track shipments and resolve transportation issues.
• Schedule appointments for loading and unloading.
• Maintain communication with customers, carriers, and warehouse staff.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (BOLs, PODs, etc.).
• Monitor delivery performance and on-time metrics.
• Analyze transportation costs and logistics KPIs.
• Generate operational and performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve routes, service levels, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and food safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics, dispatching, or produce operations preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and logistics systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
