What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
  • Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present communication packages
  • Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
  • Assist customers with inquiries about Sparklight's products and services
  • Proactively problem-solve to encourage customer commitment and satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
  • Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
  • Proactive approach to customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree or higher is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in sales or customer service roles in telecommunications or related fields
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer objections
  • Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM platforms
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
