Electrical Multifamily Superintendent – Strada Services
Job SummaryThe Electrical Multifamily Superintendent will manage safety, quality, and efficiency for new residential electrical installation projects. They will oversee day‑to‑day installation activities across multiple crews and ensure timely and on‑budget completion of projects.
Duties / Responsibilities- Lead, monitor, motivate and oversee their team to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
- Schedule and assign work to crews using the BOLT system.
- Ensure productivity goals are met by crews.
- Guarantee work is installed in accordance with local and NEC codes.
- Order materials as needed to complete the job.
- Complete payroll tickets weekly for the crew.
- Walk through the job after completion and check for code compliance.
- Assist with troubleshooting as necessary to meet home completion deadlines.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent mechanical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Ability to meet deadlines and goals.
- Demonstrate safe work habits and proper care for tools and equipment.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean MVR report.
5 years’ experience in fast‑paced, high‑volume residential electrical new construction.
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical school training preferred.
Physical Requirements- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
- Good vision to inspect work.
- Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspections.
