BASIS Independent McLean is seeking a qualified Campus Assistant starting June 2026.

• Monitoring students during lunch, before and/or after school programs.
• Performing clerical tasks.
• Additional tasks as assigned.
• Managing large groups of students authoritatively and effectively during before and after-school programs and lunch periods.
• Maintaining punctuality and reliability.

• Minimum:
  High school diploma and valid fingerprint clearance.
• Preferred:
  Experience working with children, strong communication and interpersonal skills, high personal responsibility, optimism.
• Ability to stand for long periods inside and outside the building.
