As an Entry-Level Technical Recruiter
, you’ll learn how technology teams are built while helping candidates take the next step in their careers. This is a hands-on role where you’ll source candidates, have real conversations, and work closely with experienced recruiters and account managers.

This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who enjoy talking to people, learning new skills, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Identify and reach out to candidates using Linked In, job boards, referrals, and internal tools
• Conduct initial phone screens to understand candidate skills, interests, and career goals
• Learn technical roles and skillsets with coaching and training from senior recruiters
• Coordinate interviews and support candidates through the hiring process
• Track activity and progress in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Build relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (recent grads encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication skills and comfort talking with new people
• Willingness to learn technical concepts and recruiting best practices
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Positive, coachable, and motivated to grow
