We're looking for a Product Manager with a demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI. While formal on-the-job experience with AI is a plus, we highly value candidates who have proactively incorporated AI into their personal projects, explored AI-driven development environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot), or built automations using AI agents. We are looking for a Senior Associate, Product Manager to join our Business Cards & Payments (BC&P),
Data Integrations team. Open Banking is currently one of the most transformative landscapes in the financial industry. It represents a paradigm shift where consumers gain better access and more granular control over the sharing of their financial information, and user-permissioned data is able to drive improved and differentiated business outcomes—from personalized products and services to improved lending structures.

As a growing and evolving space, Open Banking requires us to build underlying customer trust and infrastructure that will support our growth and innovation in this space.

In this role, you will sit at the intersection of strategy, engineering, and data—leading the development of our data infrastructure to support our Open banking agenda. Specifically, you will:

• Architect the Future :
  Work closely with a dedicated tech team to design and deliver on critical Open Banking data architecture

• Manage Permissioned Data :
  Take ownership of technical integration, onboarding and maintaining of first-party permissioned data

• Bridge the Gap :
  Partner with business and data teams to understand and validate internal data needs, translating and operationalizing business requirements

• Build & Monitor :
  Oversee the development of data pipelines/features and establish Data Quality (DQ) checks to ensure our data is reliable and easy to use

• Navigate Evolution :
  Remain aware of the shifting regulatory landscape to ensure our data practices remain both innovative and compliant

• You’ll collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria, identifying and elevating any need for additional research to define future feature design

• You'll breakdown business epics into features and further into user stories, driving your team towards lowest effort or Minimal Viable Product (MVP) for a valid feature test
