Cloud Engineer

Note:

" this role is open to W2 and C2C "

• This role is focused on GenAI implementation on AWS
• Networking pattern is already in place, so enabling new services and GEN AI is the focus
• Most of the focus of this role is AWS, however if the candidate has Azure experience it’s a big plus
• Gen AI is being deployed in AWS
• Candidates need to be infrastructure focused and not just Cloud Developers
• Must have some Engineering / deployment / support experience
• AWS bedrock has already been deployed and is in production
• Automation is very important and will be a primary focus
• Be familiar with CFT’s, some Terraform, Python scripting and Lambda functions

Qualifications:

looking for an infrastructure engineer who has experience enabling GenAI solutions in AWS. Candidates must have hands‑on experience with AWS Bedrock, AWS GenAI services, and AWS networking. Must have 5+ years of infrastructure experience and 1-2 years of hand‑on GenAI enablement. Nice to have skills include AWS, EKS, GCO, Microsoft Azure, and OpenAI. This role is focused on enabling and supporting GenAI capabilities.

• 5+ years of Knowledge & Hands‑on experience in designing and supporting AWS platform infrastructure solutions. In depth understanding of AWS Networking - Private Link, Security Group, Route
  53, VPC, VPCe, etc. Knowledge of authentication, authorization of services via SCP, KMS, Policies and Roles.
• Hands‑on Experience in Cloud Formation Templates design, development, deployment and automation with CI/CD pipelines.

• Minimum 5+ years of related industry experience in an enterprise environment on cloud platform.
• Demonstrable experience with
• Hand‑on experience with design, implementation, integration, and operational support of Cloud‑based applications at platform level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, driven, and creative individual.
• Experience with the following are differentiators:
  Azure Platform, Azure OpenAI.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience (required).
