Skills Needed: 3.1.1 A Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from a recognised western institution or a qualified Physician in the country of his/her origin with recent teaching experience with current registration.
3.1.2 A Degree/Diploma in Education is desirable.
3.1.3 Current BLS , ACLS , PALS and NRP Provider and Instructor Certifications.
3.2 Professional Requirements:
3.2.1 Minimum 5 years plus in clinical acute care environment.
3.2.2 Minimum 2 years teaching adult learners in a nursing/health sciences recognised education institution and/acute hospital environment.  
3.2.3 Minimum 2 years experience developing, implementing and coordinating learning and development programs within a western equivalent acute care hospital environment.
3.2.4 Experience teaching in a multicultural environment.
3.2.5 Recent experience in a JCAHO/JCIA accredited acute care medical facility.
3.2.6 Computer literacy consistent with the role.
3.2.7 Well developed interpersonal and communication skills.

Skills Needed: 3.1.1 Bachelor Degree in Nursing (duration not less than three years) or
3.1.2 Diploma in Nursing (not less than three academic years in nursing only)
3.1.3 Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery (not less than three academic years) graduated from 1998 onward with pre medical secondary school certificate
or its equivalent.
3.1.4 Post Graduate Degree in Nursing Management/Advanced Clinical Speciality desirable.
3.2.1 Current nursing license.
3.2.2 5 years demonstrated incremental leadership and management experience.
3.2.3 Specialist training/experience, e.g. intensive care nursing, w necessary.
3.2.4 BLS and ACLS certification (or within 6 months of arrival)
