Skills Needed: Education:
• Must possess a minimum of a high school diploma.
• An accrediting institution recognized by the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) and/or American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) must accredit education.

License/Certification:
• Must possess one of the following certifications: Registered Health Information Technologist (RHIT), Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coder Specialist-Physician (CSS-P) with the appropriate level of experience.

Experience:
• Minimum of two years coding experience with one of those years being cardiovascular coding experience (physician’s office or ambulatory surgery centers) within the last 4 years, including assignment of E&M, CPT, and HCPCS codes. Multiple specialties encompass different medical specialties (i.e. Family Practice, Pediatrics, Gastroenterology, OB/GYN, etc.) that utilize ICD, E&M, CPT and HCPCS codes. Ancillary specialties (Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy (PT/OT), Radiology, Lab, Nutrition, etc.) that usually do NOT use E&M codes do not count as qualifying experience. Additionally, coding, auditing and training exclusively for specialties such as home health, skilled nursing facilities, and rehabilitation care will not be considered as qualifying experience. Coding experience limited to making codes conform to specific payer requirements for the business office (insurance billing, accounts receivable) is not a qualifying factor.

Knowledge and Skills:
• Work is primarily sedentary. Requirements may include prolonged walking, standing, sitting or bending. Carrying or lifting of medical records may be required daily. Use of one or more computer programs and monitors may be required daily.
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and have working knowledge of computers, specifically the Internet, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, and Windows.
• Excellent computer/communication skills for provider and staff interactions.
• Knowledge of anatomy/physiology and disease process, medical terminology, coding guidelines (outpatient), documentation requirements, familiarity with medications and reimbursement guidelines, and coder experience.
• Must have the ability to handle multiple projects and appropriately prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Skills Needed: Minimum Qualifications:

Graduates of Medical Allied courses such as Nursing, Physical Therapy, Radiologic Technology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Pharmacy, etc.
Has basic computer knowledge
Typing exprerience of 35wpm with 99% accuracy
Willing to work US hours-graveyard shift
Preferably with previous call center experience
Excellent communication skills
Analytical, organized and systematic
Process oriented and follow strict timelines
Able to work with very minimal supervision
Must be a good team player

Skills Needed: Applicants must hold American Board Certification, Canadian or Australian Fellowship, European qualifications or equivalent credentials, and have a minimum of 5 years post-certification work experience in an accredited acute-care institution.

- Board Certified –in Medical Niche branch/Medical Specialty or equivalent;
- Fellowship training/Specialist training in Medical niche branch/ Medical Specialty;
- At least 2-3 years of clinical experience ( Post-Board Certification) as a Medical Specialist;

- Western educated, trained and experienced Neuroradiologist;
- Board Certified in Radiology with Subspecialty Certificate in Neuroradiology- or equivalent;
- Fellowship training/Specialist training in Neuroradiology;
- At least 3 years of clinical experience (Post-Board Certification) as a Neuroradiology Specialist;

- Western educated, trained and experienced Oncologist;
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine with Subspecialty Certificate in Medical Oncology- or equivalent;
- Fellowship training/Specialist training in Medical Oncology;
- At least 3 years of clinical experience (Post-Board Certification) as an Oncology Specialist;

- Western educated, trained and experienced Orthopaedic Surgeon;
- Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery - or equivalent;
- Fellowship training/Specialist training in Orthopaedic Surgery;
- At least 5 years of clinical experience (Post-Board Certification) as an Orthopaedic Surgery Specialist;

Skills Needed: Essential requirements:

- Western educated, trained and experienced Emergency Medicine Specialist;
- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine- equivalent educational qualification;
- Fellowship training/Specialist training in Emergency Medicine;
- At least 3 years of clinical experience (Post-Board Certification) as an Emergency Medicine Specialist;

-At least 3-5 years of experience as a Radiologist after Board Certification;
