Our Land Rover Dealership in Melksham are looking to appoint an accomplished and enthusiastic Service Advisor.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver a great experience for our customers in for servicing and repairs
• Booking services
• Communicating any required repairs to our customers
• Work collaboratively with the Workshop team to ensure all tasks are completed to the agreed time scales

Essential

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor role is essential for this role.
• A Full UK Driving Licence is also essential for this position.
• A natural communicator with outstanding listening skills and a genuine passion for customer care.
• Organised, adaptable, and confident—ready to thrive in a busy, energetic setting.
• Professional, presentable, and knowledgeable about automotive products and services.

In 2017, we opened our doors to our first Jaguar Land Rover dealership. With large new and used car showrooms and a drive-in service centre, the facility was created with customers in mind with a warm, modern design, featuring a barista bar and lounge style waiting areas. Along with a 21-bay workshop, we are able to provide a sales and aftersales experience befitting of this fine British marque.

Our Jaguar Land Rover dealership is located off the A350, which joins the M4 motorway at Junction 17, and is easily commutable from Chippenham, Bath, Trowbridge, and Westbury.

Working in the Service Team means that no two days are ever the same. As a member of our Service Team, whether you are front of house, assisting customers with their service enquiries, or behind the scenes assessing a vehicle's safety, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the very best customer service long after they’ve purchased their car or motorcycle from us.
