Overview

We are seeking a Creative Production Manager with a strong focus on video production timelines and coordination. This role supports creative and content teams by managing production schedules, coordinating vendors, and overseeing end-to-end execution of marketing deliverables across video, print, and digital mediums. The ideal candidate brings a blend of creative project management experience and production fluency, with the ability to keep complex projects moving efficiently from concept through delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and manage production timelines for video-focused creative projects, with exposure to print and digital work as well
  • Coordinate internal creative teams including creative direction, design, writing, photography, and video
  • Manage external vendors, including sourcing, quoting, onboarding, and ongoing coordination
  • Oversee production workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with cost efficiency
  • Partner closely with internal operations, sourcing, legal, and finance teams to support procurement, contracts, and approvals
  • Track work across multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining clear documentation and status updates
  • Serve as a liaison between creative teams and production partners, translating creative needs into executable production requirements
Required Skills
  • Proven experience in creative project or production management, with an emphasis on video production workflows
  • Strong understanding of video, print, and graphic production processes, including sourcing and vendor management
  • Experience supporting high-volume creative teams in an agency or in-house environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining organization and attention to detail
  • Comfort working with project management and workload tracking tools
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to “speak creative” and translate requirements across teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in video production, graphic design, advertising, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Familiarity with asset management, proofing, or digital asset management platforms
  • Exposure to procurement or purchasing systems and collaboration with legal and finance partners
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure, drive deadlines, and balance firmness with flexibility
