Overview

A Techno-Functional OMS Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Auto Zone’s Order Management ecosystem, focusing on enhancing and integrating Kibo OMS, Orderful, and Kibo Drop Ship capabilities to ensure seamless end‑to‑end order orchestration and fulfillment across enterprise systems.

• Own and manage the Auto Zone OMS landscape—including Kibo, Orderful, and Drop Ship modules.
• Document and enhance current OMS capabilities, workflows, and integrations.
• Define and optimize end‑to‑end order lifecycle scenarios (order capture, routing, fulfillment, drop ship).
• Drive integration between Orderful and Kibo OMS, including Drop Ship functionality.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on API‑led, event‑driven integrations.
• Ensure alignment with existing Auto Zone enterprise systems and processes.

• Conduct current state assessments of OMS capabilities.
• Perform technical and functional gap analysis.
• Recommend solution approaches for Drop Ship enablement and OMS enhancements.

• Lead Scrum ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint execution.
• Define and enforce Definition of Done (DoD) and Definition of Ready (DoR).
• Drive delivery within Agile / SAFe frameworks across cross‑functional teams.

• Support engineering teams in standing up Kibo Drop Ship modules.
• Coordinate across development, QA, and integration teams.
• Ensure delivery of scalable, high‑quality OMS solutions.

• Work with Auto Zone business, IT, and external partners.
• Facilitate alignment across teams for end‑to‑end solution delivery.
• Ensure all stakeholders are aligned towards business outcomes and delivery milestones.

• Bachelor of Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  10+ years of experience in Order Management Systems (OMS), preferably with Kibo OMS / retail commerce platforms.
• Strong techno‑functional expertise in Kibo OMS, Orderful (or similar EDI/integration platforms), and Drop Ship processes.
• Proven experience in system integration, API‑based architectures, and enterprise application ecosystems.
• Hands‑on experience in Agile / Scrum.
• Experience in functional design, system documentation, and process modeling.
• Strong track record in gap analysis, solutioning, and end‑to‑end delivery executions.
• Ownership and management of end‑to‑end OMS ecosystem, including enhancement and documentation of OMS capabilities.
• Drive integration between Orderful and Kibo OMS, including Drop Ship flows.
• Perform functional and technical gap analysis and recommend improvements.
• Lead Drop Ship module implementation and enablement.
• Define and validate end‑to‑end order lifecycle scenarios (order to fulfillment).
• Define and enforce Definition of Done and Definition of Ready.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and external partners for solution alignment.
• Ensure successful delivery of integration, engineering, and OMS enhancements.

• Experience with Kibo Drop Ship module implementation.
• Exposure to retail / omnichannel commerce ecosystems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) and integration tools.
• Experience working with distributed global teams.

• Good organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated and well‑organized team player.
• Strong oral and written communication.
