Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking to make a significant impact in a thriving distribution warehouse? We are seeking a multitasker with experience in various warehouse receiving tasks: checking product in, putting it away, cycle counting, and receiving product into the WMS.

This position will assist with ensuring accurate inventory records, efficient stock levels, conducting regular counts, and implementing procedures to optimize inventory control and recordkeeping. They will put product away using warehouse equipment and provide back‑up for warehouse office staff as needed.

• Conduct regular physical and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
• Ensure accurate and up‑to‑date inventory data through cycle counting, investigating returns, identifying mislabeled products, and processing returns.
• Enter inventory adjustments as needed (e.g., write‑offs, returns, or physical counts).
• Investigate count discrepancies and work with the Operations team to resolve and correct records and processes.
• Inspect inventory for damage or defects.
• Be involved in shipping and receiving processes.
• Train as a back‑up to the Receiving/Shipping Clerk by learning the receiving process, scheduling deliveries, and reviewing and submitting paperwork.

• Experience with inventory management in a warehouse setting.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Microsoft Office suite proficiency and strong analytical skills.
• AS400 experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently.
