Project Manager II, BT

As a Project Manager II, you will oversee the planning, execution, and finalization of medium to large scale projects, following the documented project management methodology.

• Relationship and Communication Management:
  Develop and maintain productive relationships with business owners, project sponsors, vendors, consultants and key clients; responsible for all communication related to the project to appropriate audiences.
• Project Management and Planning:
  Using standard project templates and methods, develop the project plan in conjunction with other resources; assist in identifying resource needs, availability, and task assignments; resolve conflicts in priorities, tasks and dependencies; track and manage task/action item completion; lead project meetings and report project status.
• Problem Solving and Analysis:
  Facilitate gathering of information required to determine level of effort for estimating cost, scope, timeline, process and resources; ensure project, technical and business requirements, functional and non‑functional, are identified and achieved; manage project budget, time and scope; resolve conflicts in priorities, tasks and dependencies.
• Agile Focus:
  Coach the team to become self‑organizing and self‑managing; proactively remove impediments and distractions; guide the team to understand and embody Agile principles; conduct Scrum events efficiently; communicate progress, risks and challenges to stakeholders; drive continuous improvement through retrospectives.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or Business (required); relevant experience acceptable.
• Experience:
  
  5+ years of related experience.
• Certifications:
  
  PMP is a plus.
• Travel: 0–10%
• Schedule:
  
  7AM–5PM, Monday–Friday; flexibility to work outside these hours as needed.
