IT ERP Functional Analyst

Menasha Corporation is a leading provider of packaging solutions and a trusted partner for global companies. We are looking for a detail‑oriented Business Analyst to join our SAP Center of Excellence.

The Business Analyst will analyze and evaluate user requests to ensure SAP solutions align with organizational strategic goals.

• Support small to mid‑size SAP implementation projects, assist with requirements gathering, and help define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Provide end‑user training and support for SAP and related applications.
• Assist project leaders in implementing and managing project changes to achieve requirements.
• Translate business requirements into SAP system requirements, functional specifications, design, and prototypes, including “As Is” and “To Be” documentation.
• Provide post‑implementation support and conduct SAP system testing.
• Define business process improvements and specifications for system enhancements.
• Analyze business, system, and IT processes and recommend improvements.
• Configure Sales and Distribution areas of SAP, and maintain variant configuration models (characteristics, classes, BOMs, routings).
• Stay current on latest SAP trends and innovations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in an IT related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP ECC 6 or S4 Hana.
• SAP certification in Sales and Distribution is a plus.

• Basic proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) with 3 years of experience, including multiple lifecycle SAP implementation experience.
• Experience configuring variant configuration, including Super BOMs and routes.
• Support for inbound/outbound SAP EDI IDOCs (plus).
• Experience with ATP, pricing, item category determination, output determination, and billing.
• Understanding of Make‑To‑Order and Make‑To‑Stock sales processes.
• Fit/gap analysis of “As Is” and “To Be” processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization.

• Primarily an office environment.
• Occasional travel required (up to 20%).
