Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
Plan, organize, and establish a recommendation for manufacturing strategies.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Expedite workflow by ensuring procedures are being followed
* Give oral and written instructions to employees.
* Examine work to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
* Identify and streamline procedures to improve efficiency
* Assist employees with process issues.
* Work with Managers on continuous improvement projects to ensure efficiency.
* Trouble shoot errors
* Supervise the manufacturing process to outline bottlenecks.
Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
* 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
* Knowledge of machine setup up, operating experience and computers
* Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
